The staff at Soundside Health Care strives to provide each patient care in a courteous, confidential and caring setting. Each employee has been working directly with Dr. Rawls several years. We have included a brief description of everyone.

Christie Fulcher, RN
Christie is knowledgeable in compounding medication and supplemental therapy. She has been working very closely with Dr. Rawls over the past years to bring the most current and up to date information to our patients.
Mattie Austin, MA, Lab Attendant
Mattie has been drawing blood for over 11 years. With this experience, comes the ability to obtain blood from a patient, usually on the first try, which minimizes any discomfort. She also is able to obtain the proper information for each patient concerning the lab work they have done.
Patty Boone - Office Manager / Patient Representative
Patty has been working in the medical field for over 7 years. She has the ability to work with each patient one-on-one to answer any insurance questions, billing questions, and / or any other issues that our patients may have. This can be done in the office or over the telephone. She has worked closely with insurance companies and can guide the patient in the right direction to get their matters. resolved.
Malola Wilson - Receptionist
Malola is our check out receptionist. She has a degree in the medical assisting program and can work in the back as well. She will be up front mostly but float between positions if needed.
Felicia Griffin - Receptionist
Felicia is our check in receptionist. She also handles the receiving and mailing out of all medical records with our office. She has been working in the medical field for over 10 years and brings great knowledge to our practice.
