I promise I will try not to keep you sitting on the end of the table any longer than necessary. After we discuss any problems you may be having, our R.N. Christie will join us for the exam.
Beyond a simple screening exam, I will keep you up-to-date on any other health screens that may be appropriate for your age. I will also pass along any pertinent information on nutrition or supplements that may benefit your health.
If you need to discuss insurance or financial information, or the need arises to schedule surgery, our office manager Patty will be there to assist you.

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT IT IS THE PATIENT'S RESPONSIBILITY TO VERIFY COVERAGE AND PARTICIPATION WITH THEIR OWN INSURANCE COMPANY. SOUNDSIDE HEALTH CARE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING THAT INFORMATION.
Payments
We accept the following payment methods; cash, check, MasterCard, Visa. The patient is responsible for payment either by providing insurance information or a personal method of payment at the time services are rendered.
