A smaller office and a smaller staff are true assets for maintaining a higher standard of care. Patients prefer to hear a familiar voice on the telephone and prefer to see a familiar face at the window. Continuity of care is most important and patients are always more comfortable seeing the same physician whenever they walk through the door. This standard of care is almost impossible to achieve in a larger office.
Wellness Services
Health Revitalization-What is it?
The Health Revitalization Program is conducted over an eight week period through four to five office visits. The office visits are essential for offering motivation and encouragement, providing counseling and answering questions.
The visits are covered by insurance, allowing this program to be very cost effective. The primary focus of the program is providing information and resources for change.
The manual written to accompany the program provides fundamental information about all aspects of becoming healthier. The manual evolved into a book that I titled “Health First.”
Health Revitalization can be tailored to any schedule and lifestyle. It may sound daunting; however we break down the program in Steps to Healthy Living.
Insurance Coverage
Soundside Health Care is a primary care provider and we will file ALL insurances, HOWEVER, we only participate with certain providers. Specific providers and policies are available here.
