  • Consider taking a high quality multivitamin supplement.
  • Take medications as needed directed by your health care provider. Be aware side effects may impede healing.
  • Become “toxin aware” to avoid exposure to toxins as much as possible.
  • Drink plenty of water.
  • Regular moderate exercise but do not over-do-it.
  • Rest often. Make sure you are getting plenty of sleep.
  • Meditation is the most powerful healing tool of all. Practice meditation or self-relaxation techniques them as often as you can.
