Soundside Healthcare
was established in December of 2005 with the intent of offering a new
style of healthcare.
With a focus on wellness and healing, rather than treating symptoms with
medications alone, Soundside Healthcare continues to rise above the
norm.
The particular style of healthcare offered at Soundside Healthcare
is a little different from anything else available in the area. It
not only encompasses conventional medical and surgical care, but also
goes one step further to include recommendations about dietary
modifications, healthful lifestyle changes, and appropriately chosen
supplements. Soundside Healthcare is a resource for all aspects of
health and wellness.
The services available at Soundside Healthcare are a comfortable blend
of gynecology and adult primary care.
Gynecology
will include state-of-the-art evaluation and management of female
disorders.
Primary
care
will include management of everyday concerns such as treatment of colds
and flu, anxiety, vaccinations, cholesterol screening, hypertension and
early diabetes, with an emphasis on wellness and prevention. Male
patients are accepted into this portion of the practice.
As a patient at Soundside Healthcare, you can be comfortable that
you are in always in control. Our job is to help you chose your
best healthcare options, but never to dictate therapy. At
Soundside Healthcare, you will always find a provider with a
compassionate ear, ready to listen before providing sound advice.

Directions:
- Our office hours are Monday - Friday
from 8:30a.m.- 5:00 and we are located at 3106 Arendell St. in Morehead
City.
DIRECTIONS:
Soundside Healthcare is located about a half mile from the hospital
within Carteret Professional Center on Arendell Street (Hwy 70).
Coming into town, look for the hospital on the left side of the
highway. On the right just past the hospital, look for UNC,
Marine Institute and then the Welcome Center. A little past
the Welcome Center look for old Morehead Motor Inn. 
Just past this old motel, cross over the highway onto Bonner Ave.
Immediately turn right onto Crystal Oak, which will carry you into
the back parking lot of Carteret Professional Center. We are
the farthest office in the complex. Look for our sign in the
back. Park anywhere in the complex and look for our name on
the glass doors.
Coming from Beaufort, look for the
Comfort Inn on the right. Carteret Professional Center is just
beyond the Comfort Inn. Go to the crossover which will take
you onto Bonner Ave. and follow the above directions.
